وتتحدث الأغنية عن الطاقة الإيجابية وحبك لنفسك، واستطاع الكليب أن يقترب من مليون مشاهد على موقع الفيديو الشهير "يوتيوب"، وكليب "Good Thing" هو من إخراج وارن فو.
